On Thursday, December 14, 2017, the Phoenix Police Department, Phoenix Law Enforcement Association, Arizona Probation Officers Association (AZPOA) and Target participated in the 7th Annual Shop with a Cop event at the Spectrum Mall Target store at 5715 North 19th Avenue. Phoenix P.D. officers and members of AZPOA brought children from the jurisdictions they serve, bringing the total number of participants to 84 children.
