On Saturday, April 15, 2017, PLEA hosted our 28th annual charity golf tournament. It was also our first annual Fallen Officer Memorial Golf Classic, co-hosted with the recently formed David Glasser Foundation. Held at the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park, this was the most successful charity tournament PLEA has been involved in to date. All three courses at the Wigwam were sold out, with 440 golfers taking to the fairways. The proceeds were split equally between PLEA Charities and the Glasser Foundation, both of which are 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations helping first responders and their families.
